In the heart of the dutch flower bulb region, right at the center of Hillegom you will find our contemporary and tasteful decorated restaurant that has 40 seats and a lovely terrace. Due to its intimate and modern layout, the restaurant is suitable for a romantic dinner for two or a business meeting, but also for groups, parties or special occasions we offer excellent options. Authentic Dishes
With my mothers recipes
Tante Elly was known for her incredible cooking skills. True to tradition, she kept the detailed recipes of her authentic family dishes mostly in her head, while only the basics were recorded in her recipe books.
Years later, these recipe books were rediscovered by her son Raymond, who was inspired to carry on her culinary legacy. This led to the opening of Restaurant Seray in 2010, where her cherished recipes and passion for food became the foundation.
In 2025, Jaimy Juffermans took over the restaurant and proudly continues this tradition, honoring the authentic flavors and family recipes of Tante Elly.

We are enthusiastic, passionate and hospitable. We take care of our guests and pamper them with fine dishes and excellent advice on our wine and food. We work hard but also have fun with each other. We are a tight team!
