“Taking care of guests and letting them enjoy authentic Indonesian dishes in a warm and homely atmosphere” – that is what Restaurant Seray stands for.
My name is Jaimy Juffermans, and in 2014, I took my first steps at Seray. What started as a part-time job in the service quickly grew into a deep passion for Indonesian cuisine. Under the guidance of Raymond Sleurink, I discovered the secrets of traditional recipes and learned everything about cooking, hospitality, and running a restaurant.
Raymond opened Restaurant Seray in 2010, inspired by the family recipes of his mother, Tante Elly. When he decided to pass the torch in 2024, I proudly seized the opportunity to continue Seray’s legacy.
With great respect for tradition and a love for Indonesian cuisine, I am committed to keeping Seray’s name alive. Authentic flavors, hospitality, and quality will always be our priority.
